![]() therefore should not the issue be other than procedures? I also was flying all aircraft fine for two months without this issue. I am no expert, but does the following statement(analysis) seem logicalĪll add on aircraft PMDG 737(both NGX and NGXU, 777 AND QW 787) all have the same issue regarding engine one. I followed both you procedures, Both engines started up fine, but again, the oil temperature did not rise for engine one, dispite all other indications show fine and even overhead panel is all clear as I showed in previous pictures.Īnd Yes, I did check PMDG setup and all failures are not activeĪnd when I start to put engine power, only engine 2 spools up and engine 1 does not. Thank you for your detailed procedure for engine start up in PMDG 737. Yes, I definitely change to my desired PMDG aircraft at the start up scenario page where I also choose my airport. ![]() Wait until stable, enable the Generator on engine two.Īgain, thank you very much for your feedback and recommendations. Wait until stable, enable the Generator on engine one. Set the bleed valves to auto, be sure the APU bleed is "ON". Now your airplane is ready to be configured for your flight, align IRS, input your flight plan, etc. Open the FMC, go to ground operations, set Ground Power unit. ![]() Open the top panel, switch on the main battery switch. Load directly the PMDG on the airport you want, the engines should be off and the airplane in "Cold and Dark" state. Go also thru the settings and disable system failures. Open the FMC, go to the main menu, and set the PMDG default aircraft status to "Cold and Dark". you might have an aircraft status configured wrong for it. ![]() PMDG show an engine failure on one of the pictures. Please let me know if you have any other questions or photos you need. I spooled up both by my throttle quadrant and also keyboard with same results.įirst time to attempt to add photo. Therefore, when I throttle up on engine two spools up. both engines start up fine, but oil temperature for engine one does not move or change, (photo) I did a start up with a newly installed PMDG NGX 737, I go some screen shots.įIrst, default start up and both engines should be on, but only engine 2 starts and engine one fades out.(photo) The answer is YES, 4.5 and working default always starts with F22, then I change to my aircraft I want. When you reboot the PC and start P3D and your default F22 flight are both engines running normally? Hope this clears it up?Īt this point, just to verify, that you have P3Dv4.5HF2 and a working default F22. It sounds as the purpose of this to bypass the windows restriction if put into the D:/program/lockhead martin. The pmdg products and other software recognize it and auto installs it in the right folders. PMDG recommends that we install the prepare3d in its own file bypassing `program` thus it is in my D:/lockheed martin/prepare3d. I will try to start the engines with cold and dark and see what results.Īcknowledge that pics would help you alot, so I will get some as I test these in the coming days. Thus, even after reinstall this issue is similar but getting worse. I always start my aircraft in cold and Dark and had no issues for the first 2 months, but all of a sudden, starting engine 1 after engine 2 started fine, it could not fire up, (oil temperature gauge did not rise at all for engine one).Īs this above issue started happening for all my PMDG aircraft(NGX, NGXU and 777), i decided to uninstall all aircraft and Prepared as well and start fresh.Īfter reinstallation, when I start the aircraft be it QW or PMDG which is now at normal start where both engines should be running, ONLY engine 2 starts and Engine one starts spooling down and shuts off. If you need any other information please let me know.Īppreciate your reply and answers to my problem.įirst, Yes, my default aircraft is the F22, then I choose my aircraft be it QW or PMDG. ![]() I have a new Alienware high end computer, window 10, intel 9700 5th generation cpu 64 bit 16gig RAM and 2070 NDVdia graphics card. I tried to ensure I did a full clean uninstall using the proper way of uinstalling aircraft and the Prepar3d software.ĭoes this problem occured before, as I could not find in on line. I did the above twice and still same results. Again, all aircraft from PMDG(737, 777) and quality wings 787 all have the same reaction. However, now at start(not cold and dark), engine one does not start at all. I decided to uninstall the aircraft and then uninstall Prepar3d, Then reinstall prepar3d and then install the aircraft. however, about two weeks ago, i was having trouble starting engine one from cold and dark state. I purchased Prepar3d over two months ago, and was flying both PMDG aircraft and Quality Wings aircraft with no issues. I hope you can help me and lead me to the right solution. ![]()
